Shipping and Returns
Our fulfillment times are currently longer than usual and may continue to increase until Covid-19 is controlled. Please be prepared that it may take up to 20 business days to ship your order out.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, some countries also experience delays in their postal services, and it may take longer to process goods at customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control. We will provide you a tracking number to monitor the delivery process, as well as we guarantee that your package will reach the destination. It just may take a bit longer than usual. In cases when it's established that the package got lost, we will send a replacement. We hope you and your family stay safe and healthy during these challenging and uncertain times all around the world!
Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-7 business days.
We offer FREE shipping on all order orders and delivery times vary from 2 to 15 business days depending on where you live.

If your order includes more than one item, they may arrive in different packages and on different dates. You will receive a tracking number for each separate package.
Note on customs charges
ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES YOU ARE CHARGED AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order arrived to you. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way to be eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Once we receive your return we will examine the issue and process your refund for the original purchase price of the items. We will notify you that your return has been received and that our refund has been issued.
Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we notify you that your refund has been processed to show up in your bank statement.
